BFC consultants performed a special audit engagement of the EBRD Kazakhstan Small Business Programme (KSBP) in Alliance Bank, in accordance with International Audit Standards.

BFC together with Bankakademie developed and successfully tested an agricultural pilot lending project in a major Georgian commercial bank.

BFC is providing support to OMRO in improving the credit cycle processes, increasing staff productivity and establishing a credit risk department
