The aim of this project is to support Areximbank in strengthening its SME lending activity through delivering trainings to the personnel. BFC has provided trainings to loan officers, using both structure seminars and on-the-job coaching, covering all areas of lending operations: credit cycle, financial analysis, cash-flow based analysis, project financing, credit monitoring etc.

As part of this assignment the following results were achieved:

• BFC has developed and provided classroom and systematic on-the-job training to 17 loan officers
• BFC consultants have conducted 13 training sessions on SME lending
• An intensive two-week coaching has been provided to 7 loan officers
