BFC is supporting the expansion of MSE Lending and the strengthening of human resources, the development of MSE lending structures, policies and procedures.

The assignment involves:

  • Establishing high turnover MSE lending operations;
  • Training lending personnel and internal bank staff;
  • Monitoring loan decisions and loan portfolio;
  • Carrying out institution building within new outlets.
