During the one-month assignment BFC has worked with Credins Bank at reviewing the MSE products, strengthening lending procedures and developing the skills of the MSE Lending staff, in particular BFC has:

• Reviewed the product specifications, product procedures, and loan analysis tools;
• Provided theoretical training and on-the-job coaching of newly-hired loan officers;
• Conducted a workshop for branch managers from 6 pilot branches.
