BFC consultant reviewed individual lending products and procedures and delivered theoretical and on-the-job training to loan officers and branch managers. BFC provided support to the institution in the areas:

• Review of the individual lending products and procedures
• Staff qualifications by conducting theoretical and on-the-job trainings for loan officers and for an in-house trainer
• Management skills development by providing training seminars to branch managers and middle management
• Analysis and recommendations on processes and procedures according to international best practices
