BFC is providing support to OMRO in improving the credit cycle processes, increasing staff productivity and establishing a credit risk department, in particular:

• Establishing a credit risk department to effectively control all aspects of risk related to OMRO's lending operations
• Reviewing the entire credit cycle from application, analysis, approval, disbursement, monitoring, collection and recovery and formulating and implementing an action plan to address weaknesses
• Formalizing of loan officer training within OMRO: providing training to loan officers and trainers and coaching of loan officers on-the-job
