Staff Assessment
Implementation period: September 2004—November 2004

BFC developed the methodology and test instruments for the first computerized assessment of bank's staff, and carried out an assessment of middle management.

BFC met highest standards by:

  • Evaluating the qualifications of 600 bank employees, including 70 managers;
  • Creating benchmarks for staff evaluation and development;
  • Customizing the assessment tools for 10 functional groups of employees;
  • Identifying priorities for improvement;
  • Achieving transparency and fairness via standardized, computerized testing.
