BFC streamlined the implementation of a new lending methodology at Belarusky Narodny Bank by introducing a pre-investment cash flow tool and by training bank personnel in credit risk analysis.

BFC consultants achieved the following:

• introduced a cash flow based pre-investment analytical approach (simple and MS-Excel-based)
• trained loan officers in making cash flow projections
• trained bank staff in credit analysis and resume preparation
• developed cash flow tool instruction manual
